剛剛接獲賣家告知因為第四隻無法取得所以全數退款
我想知道賣方單方面主張退款有無方法可以抗拒?
剛剛回信跟賣家商量是否可以部份出貨 畢竟要蒐集一隻比要蒐集一組簡單多了
況且因為在他的賣場下標所以導致其他凱蒂貓推出時沒有去排隊買貓
所以連一隻都無法蒐集
但是賣家卻告知只有退款的選擇
讓我很生氣 他那邊如果有存貨的話應該會想辦法銷存貨吧?
怎麼會全數退款一隻貓都不賣?
所以他是否構成詐欺?
很疑惑 因為是要幫我朋友買的 賣家留言也只告知要退款也沒說退多少
剛剛跟朋友說明情況時 他隨後就衝去買到第四隻了
現在賣家才說要全額退 我很生氣...
這中間造成的損失誰來負責?
