問一下憲法喔.. - 法學

一. (1)主權(sovereignty)之意義如何? 主權之性質.主權之歸屬,
其中以何說為近代立憲國家所普遍採行?
(2)民主的意義如何?
二. 依據中華民國憲法第二條規定:中華民國之主權屬於國民全體
中華民國是不是一個主權獨立的國家?
其地位與中華人民共何國有無關係?請說明之.
