因病無法再輪班是否適用勞基法14條第3項在公司以工作數年.最近發現身體不適.到醫院檢查發現身體有心臟的疾病.已有公立醫院開立的診斷證明.不宜熬夜.請問熟勞基法的大大這樣適用勞基法14條第3項嗎?已詢問過無適當常日班職缺.
